Contact usHow much is shipping, and how fast is it?
Flat-rate USPS shipping, free on orders over $20. Orders placed before our afternoon cut-off ship the same or next business day from Iselin, NJ, and you get the tracking number by email the moment the label is printed.
How does free store pickup work?
Choose Pick up in store at checkout — there's no charge and no minimum. We email you when the order is ready (usually within the hour during store hours). Show that email at the counter at 1190 Green St, Iselin NJ 08830.
What if it's not what I expected?
You have 30 days for a free return or exchange. Bring it to the store (no box or label needed) or message us for a prepaid return label. Refunds go back to the card, PayPal account or gift card you paid with.
How do I track my order?
Open Track order, enter your email and we send you a one-time sign-in code — no password to remember. You'll see every order, its tracking and whether a pickup is ready. You can also sign in with Google.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and tamPrime gift cards. Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store your card number.
Are these new, genuine products?
Yes. Everything we sell is brand new, in the original packaging, and in stock at our Iselin, NJ store, so you can see it in person before you buy.
