Is it really free?
Yes. Applying, being reviewed, listing and staying listed all cost $0, and the commission is 0% — you keep the full sale price of every order. There's no subscription, setup or listing fee.
How does tamPrime make money if it takes 0%?
From our own products and services sold alongside yours. The seller program exists to grow the catalog our customers choose from — the more they find here, the more they come back.
Who handles shipping and returns?
Marketplace sellers ship their own orders within 2 business days with tracking and accept returns under our 30-day policy. For consignment and wholesale, tamPrime stores, ships and handles returns.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts go out on a fixed schedule to your bank account, with a statement listing every order and the sale price — your payout is the full amount. Wholesale suppliers are paid per purchase order.
Can I apply as an individual?
Yes. Individuals and registered businesses are both welcome. US sellers provide a W-9 after approval for payouts; nothing is needed to apply.
Where will my products be sold?
On tamprime.com for every seller. Consignment and wholesale products are also sold in our Iselin, NJ store and on our Whatnot and eBay Live shows.
Do I need my own photos?
Marketplace sellers send a product sheet and photos (we can help clean them up). For consignment we photograph everything at the store.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. Pause or remove listings whenever you like. Consignment stock can be collected from the store with a few days' notice.
