What to expect

When does Print Lab open for orders?

We're finishing setup now. Quotes and the waitlist are open today; join either and you'll get the launch date first, plus a launch-week discount.

Which file formats do you accept?

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS. For the sharpest result send vector artwork or 300 DPI images at the final size. We'll tell you on the proof if a file is too small to print well.

Do I get a proof before it prints?

Always. Every order includes a digital proof by email, usually within 24 hours. Nothing goes to print until you approve it — and one round of small changes is included.

How fast is it?

Most jobs ship or are ready for pickup 3–5 business days after proof approval. Small photo-print runs can often be same day. Rush production is available for select products — ask when you request the quote.

Can I pick up in the store?

Yes — free pickup at 1190 Green St, Iselin NJ 08830. We email you the moment it's ready. Shipping is tracked, the same as any tamPrime order.

Are there bulk discounts?

Yes. Pricing steps down at 250, 500 and 1,000+ pieces, and repeat orders of the same file are cheaper because the setup is done.

Can you design it for me?

We can clean up a rough file, vectorise a logo, or lay out a business card from your text for a small fee — mention it in the quote request.

What can't you print?

Anything that infringes a trademark or copyright you don't own (brand logos, characters), and anything illegal. Your own designs and logos are always welcome.
