    Gift card FAQ

    Does my gift card expire?

    tamPrime gift cards don't expire unless an expiry date is printed on the card or shown in the result above. Cards from promotions and giveaways sometimes do — this page shows the date.

    Can I use it in the Iselin store?

    Yes. Show the code (or the printed card) at the counter at 1190 Green St, Iselin NJ 08830 and we'll apply it to your purchase.

    Can I split it across several orders?

    Yes. Use any part of the balance on one order and the rest stays on the card. You can also use more than one card on the same order.

    My card says "not found".

    Check for mixed-up letters — our codes never use 0, O, 1 or I. For a printed card, enter both the code on the front and the serial on the back. Still stuck? Email us and we'll look it up.

    I bought a gift card online — where's the code?

    It's in the email sent to the recipient right after payment (check spam). The buyer's order confirmation also shows the code's last 4 digits so you know it went out.

    Can I get cash for a gift card?

    Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. Refunds for items bought with a gift card go back onto the card.
