How to delete your tamPrime account

In the tamPrime app: open Account, tap "Delete account", type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app: use our contact form (topic: "Delete my account"), or email cs@tamprime.com from the email address on your account. We delete it within 7 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted: your account, your email sign-in, saved login codes, and the link between you and your orders, returns and tamPrime+ membership.

What we keep: past orders and invoices are kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it, without being linked to an account. Payment card details are never stored by tamPrime (they are held by Stripe or PayPal).

If you have an active tamPrime+ membership, cancel it first in Account → tamPrime+ → Manage.
